- Do I have to buy every service?
- No. Start with one service and add others when you are ready. Prices do not change when you stack services. Stacking gets you one intake, one invoice and one plan.
- What lands on the bill?
- One invoice a month from Think Collective. Every service is its own row, so you see what each one costs.
- How is my price tier set?
- By annual revenue, confirmed at intake. If you have not started selling yet, use Pre-revenue.
- What is the onboarding fee?
- One month of your combined recurring total, charged once. It covers setting you up in our systems and is backed by the 30 Day Promise.
- What if my books are behind?
- A clean-up comes first. It is quoted on its own after we review everything as it stands, and it runs alongside onboarding.
- When do I pay?
- Retainers bill monthly on the one invoice. Tax returns bill when the work completes. New clients pay 50% upfront.
- Is tax in my monthly price?
- No. Tax is priced on its own and never folded into a retainer. It shows up on the same invoice as separate rows.
- How long is the agreement?
- Twelve months. To end it, give 90 days notice. You owe the remaining contract balance unless we agree on something different in writing.
- Is ad spend included in Digital?
- No. Ad spend is passed through to you at cost and billed on top of the Digital price. It is never marked up.
- What is the complexity multiplier?
- A check at intake on how tidy the books are. Standard is 1.0x for clean books and normal volume. Moderate is 1.25x, complex is 1.5x and high is 1.8x, for things like several entities or years of catch-up. It applies to the Accounting package only, and we write down why.
- Who do I talk to?
- One account lead owns your account and keeps everything moving. Accounting replies within two business days as standard. Priority is same day for $150 a month. VIP is within four business hours for $350 a month.
- Can I add payroll or AP on its own?
- Add-ons attach to an Accounting package and are priced by revenue tier. Full-Service already includes payroll, AP and sales tax.
- How do the Management levels differ?
- Inbox keeps your email under control. Follow-Up adds tracked follow-ups, scheduling and a weekly call. Always On adds a direct line, four-hour replies and cover while you are out.
- How do the Management hours work?
- Each level includes a set number of hours a month. Calls, texts and tasks are logged in 15-minute steps and shown in your weekly summary. We tell you at 75% used. Unused hours do not roll over. Past the cap we ask first, then it is $60 an hour, or add a 5-hour block for $300.
- Do you set up my social accounts?
- Yes. Any social plan includes creating the accounts you need, choosing the right platforms and building a posting strategy with you. If you already have accounts, we review them first.
- Why not just hire someone?
- A full-time hire costs the salary plus about 30% more in benefits, and it is one person with one skill. Our services start well below that and flex with you. See the hire-or-outsource comparison above.
