I have sat on the inside of a business that stopped seeing people. A corporate restructure lands, the org chart gets shuffled, and the owner on the other side of the table stops being a person and becomes a line on a revenue report. Their questions go to a queue. Their name gets forgotten. Their job, as far as the firm is concerned, is to keep funding the thing.
I watched that happen to the people doing the work, and I watched it happen to the owners we were supposed to serve. The personality drained out of both. Nobody picked up the phone. Nobody said which way to go.
So I stepped out. I started Think Collective because I believe the future of business is simple: a real person who knows your name, knows your numbers and tells you the truth about what to do next.
Not everyone wanted me to leave, and not everyone is happy that I did. I am pushing through anyway, because the need is this real. Most owners I talk to are holding on by the skin of their teeth. They do not need four vendors who have never met. They need one company for their company, a dedicated partner and a straight answer.
That is why we started. If you succeed, we succeed.
